Mongoose-Plus® Interface Software Setup
The Mongoose-Plus® by Opus IVS™ is a powerful, SAE J2534-compliant vehicle interface designed for professional diagnostics and ECU programming. With support for major OEMs such as Subaru, Toyota, Ford, GM, Chrysler, and Honda, it allows users to re-flash vehicle controllers and access dealer-level diagnostics via USB or optional Bluetooth.
Compact and durable, the entire electronic system is built into the OBDII connector shell. The device is powered by USB, eliminating the need for an external power source, and supports a wide range of vehicle communication protocols like CAN, J1850, ISO9141, K-Line, SCI, and CAN-FD.

Troubleshooting tip: SSM4 and SSM5 don’t require special interface settings.
